    Its not that the service i got was bad, its just dissapointing that i felt i wasnt listened to with what i wanted. Id previously spent over $200 to get my hair to a blonde i was happy with just for one of your hairdressers to make it a dark blonde. Im devastated i wasted so much money just to walk away unhappy. Once my hair was blow dried it was then she told me it was a dark blonde because it would look better. Yes it may but it wasnt what i wanted. :(
